Who are we?

Age: 16+
Interested in theatre, acting and all forms of performance.

Where and When?

We meet on Sunday evenings at the ADC Clubhouse.
6:00pm - 8:00pm.

Who runs the sessions?

The sessions are run by professional drama teacher Andrea Mardon. Andrea has many years experience teaching teenagers from all over the world.

Why join?

Our Acting Up group uses scene work and monologues to perfect the skill of being “in the moment” on stage. Techniques in text analysis, vocal training, movement and improvisation are taught to help actors increase their skill and confidence. The class culminates in a showcase of scenes at the Unicorn Theatre for an invited audience.

What does it cost?

£6 per session.
There are twelve sessions per term, total cost £72.
Fees are payable in advance each term.
There are three terms each year.
The total cost for a full year of acting training is only £216.

All sessions will be paid for irrespective of attendance.
